1. Applications:

This machine is suitable for, Heat setting of fabric, Chemical Finishing on fabric, Drying of woven fabrics.


2. Process:

Open width entry --- Infrared center device ---- Padder --- Lower overfeeding screw expending ---Upper overfeeding ---- Edge detecting & edge uncurler device --- Pinning-on --- air curtain to homogenize hot & cold air --- Chambers for heat setting ---Air cooling ----- Pinning-off ----- End section ---- Plaiting with separate anti-static devices.

4. Key Features



Oven use SS304 white iron multi-piece sliding door design. Air cushion hot nozzles attached deflector blowing up and down vertically.It can achieve better shrinkage and average temperature of each part.


Padder Mangle:

Mechanical parts for obtaining the rotation and the movement of the rollers made with cylindrical and shifting supports.

Squeezing force obtained with extensible pneumatic hoods: Max. Pressure Kg. 10.000

Motorization at variable speed, made with motor and gearbox, directly coupled.

Chemical trough with chemical level control device of 150 lit.


Edges Cutting Device:

Under guide cloth wheel and cutter can inside and outside synchronously move. When cutting cloth edge can control size. Easy to adjust and operate.


Double filters:

Each chamber has double filters; it’s easier for machine maintenance.

One layer of stainless steel filter screen removable design .It can be extracted to the outside cleaning cotton without open the oven door when the machine is running.


Air Blower:

Circulation air blower use centrifugal fan. The advantage is low noise and strong wind.


Overfeed/Underfeed pinning device:

Touch screen with human interface and PLC control. The Overfeed/Underfeed system is synchronized with the stenter chain at the accurate ratio read. (arrangement ratio:-20%,+50%)


Weft Straightener:

Weft straightening rolls by push-button control for correction rectilinear skew wefts with driven. Skew roll with synchronous transmission. The stretch fabric to achieve a very low tension.


Chain rails :

Chain rails made of special wear-resistant steel , high temperature resistance and transformed-free.
