Description:

This stenter is the latest version, enhanced and refined with the European Technology and the technical advice and feedback from the end users. 2.The Main advantages:

 

1) The internal-built exhaust pipe

 

The internal-built exhaust pipe can obviously help saving energy by turning exhaust into fabric heating repeatedly, adding up radiating efficiency meanwhile; it also can help avoiding the exhaust humidity turns into condensed liquid and flow back to the chamber after cooling down.

 

2) Benefit from the special designed nozzle, the air volume in the chamber is big and the temperature is even, which is suitable for heavy knits.

 

3) The required shrinkage can be reached because of high-efficient overfeeding unit.

 

 

3. Machine character:

 

1) Machine equip infra-red centering controller in infeeding side, auto centering

executor is in slide mode, action is stable, response is very smart, very suitable for correcting the high speed movement fabrics; The centering roller surface is with little friction and little tension.

 

2) Equip padder(optional) after the infra-red center device, the squeezing roller is horizontal structure, pneumatic discharge waste liquid. All the turning shafts inside the liquid trough are made of stainless steel;mixed the paste inside the liquid trough, through the high pressure rubber roller, the paste is pressed into the fiber, which made the fabrics uniform inside and outside, though adjusting the cylinder pressure, the pressure on the squeezing roller will be adjusted, squeezing out the extra liquid from the fabrics. Then core of the squeezing roller is made of steel, covered by special glue from America, the squeezing ratio is uniform, there is a stainless steel spreading shafe in the infeed part, driven by motor separately.
