1. Description:

To prevent fabric distortion, obtain dimensional reliability, wrinkle resistance and temperature resistance is the main purpose of the stenters.
Through high temperature process, the stenter can bring the length and width ro determine dimensions of the textiles and heat set the finishing chemicals.

 

2. Stenter functions:

    * Heat setting and fix different kinds of textiles.

    * To control the fabric width.

    * To finishing chemical applying on various types of textile.

    * To control the moisture of the textile.

    * To control the GSM of the textile.

    * To dry fabrics.

    * To control the shrinkage of the textile.

    * Curing treatment for resin, water repellent fabric is done.
