1. Machine description and applications:
The main function is to apply PVC/PU/AC and other adhesives (both water-based and solvent-based) onto the surface of the fabrics. By using the right mixtures of chemical products and the right application system, fabrics can be made waterproof, UV resistant, stain-proof, fireproof, etc, which is widely used in textile industry.
In the foaming line, the leather goes through the controllable heating oven with even temperature spreading, and then the leather becomes thicker and softer with comfortable touch with very low costs. It is widely used in wall paper, floor, sofa leather, car leather, fashion, shoes, etc.
2. Process Flow:
Fabric feeding -> fabric storage -> drying (foaming) oven -> air cooling -> emboss -> water roller cooling -> cutting edge -> product rewind
