1. Machine Application:
The stenter frame is designed to match the requirements of various kinds of fabric finishing, especially elastic and sensitive materials. It achieves high production, low energy consumption, even chamber temperature and low fabric tension. The machine is very multi-functional. It can handle all types of natural and man-made fibres in woven, knitted and warp knitted fabric form. The capacity range is 5 - 100 m/min for knits and 10 - 150 m/min for woven fabrics. It can apply to dehydration, finishing, drying, curing and heat-setting of woven and knitted fabrics.
1) for woven fabrics
Feeding frame-> infra-red centering device-> two/three-bowl slant padder-> pneumatic fabric tensioner-> photoelectric weft straightener-> lower overfeeding-> upper overfeeding-> infra-red selvedge-detection-> two/three-finger uncurling-> pinning -> heat-setting chambers-> air cooling-> tension adjustment-> water cooling-> plaiter/batcher
2) for knitted fabrics
Feeding frame-> infra-red centering-> two-bowl oblique padder-> pneumatic fabric tensioner-> four-roll weft straightener-> lower overfeeding-> mechanical weft straightener-> bow roller expanding-> upper overfeeding-> infra-red selvedge-detection-> three-finger uncurling and plate uncurling -> brush overfeeding-> pinning -> extended rail-> heat-setting chambers-> air cooling-> tension adjustment-> plaiter/mini batcher
4. Machine automation feature:
Imported Programmable logic range control (PLC):
● All fabric transport drives with frequency-controlled AC-drives.
● Control and monitoring instruments in the inlet and outlet area.
● Set-up automation for the operating parameters: production speed, fabric feeding, fabric overfeeding, stretching device, selvedge tensioning and air circulation, exhaust etc.
All deviations from set parameters are constantly measured and recorded. The system can be interconnected to a host computer or to other PLC for networking or data monitoring. Remote access of the control system is possible through use of a modem connected to the PLC.
