1. Machine applications:
This machine is applicable to extending and heat setting of fabrics, such as pure cotton which gram per square meter is 50-400, polyester cotton and other blended fabrics.
Equipped with mangle, it can also carry out other treatments like squeezing and resin padding.The machine is suitable for heat setting of fabric, Chemical Finishing especially on woven fabrics.

3. Machine features:
1) Stenter chains
Both the horizontal return, the stenter chains are running in lubricant-free chain tracks, which eliminate oil dripping in chambers. All width adjustments are individually driven for setting of different chain track shape required by the processes.
2) Treatment chambers
The treatment chambers reduce energy consumption effectively by its space saving construction, large heating system and thick door panels. The air circulation system with frequency-controlled fans is proven to be the best solution for repeatable air circulation control.
3) PLC automation control system
The automation control system is friendly Human-machine-interface. All kind of precision detectors with machine controls can be integrated into the stenter for supreme quality control of the fabric upon request.
4) Heat setting control system
Continuous detection of fabric status in the treatment chambers and automatic adjusting of processing speed ensure proper heatsetting
5) Integrated Exhaust Heat Recovery System
The stenter machine can be equipped with Exhaust Heat Recovery System. The energy of exhaust gas from the stenter is recovered via heat exchanger, whereby the condensed volatile impurities contained in the exhaust gas can’t be released to the air.
