1.Stenter Machine Application:

Stenter machine is electrical machines used in textile industry for stretching or stentering thin fabrics such as muslin. Stenter electrical machines are called as stenter hook. In stenter open compactor fabrics enter. Here Cotton fabric shrinks widthwise & weft are distorted due to bletching & dyeing process.

3. Stenter features:

1) INLET COMBINATIONS

Manual Cloth Tensioning Device and automatic web guiding systemOther units like cradle, unwinder, accumulator, brushing unit etc... as per customer requirements

2) TWO BOWL PADDER

Ideally suited for finishing & dewatering process.Combination of Cylindrical & crown roller ensures uniform pressure.pneumatically lifted & lowered SS trough.Selection of rubber hardness based on fabric substrate & process.Driven scroll rollers before nip & dip for knitted & delicate fabric.Jacketed trough available on request.Bow roller before nip for woven fabric.Level controller & dosing tank with stirrer are available on request.Pneumatic compensator or loadcell is provided for padder speed control.Driven immersed roller is available on request.

3) STENTER INFEED SECTION
Large overfeed adjustment range from -10% to 80%, to adjust shrinkage as per different fabric substrates.Controlled fabric guidance for optimum feeding even for extremely delicate as well as knitted fabrics selvedge tension.Pneumatically lifted and lowered pinning in wheel for user friendly operation.Infeed track lengths up to 6mtrs for knitted fabrics with additional equipment like, gumming unit, infrared dryer, driven rope assembly, steaming unit.
