1. Stenter Application:
This machine is used for stretching, drying and setting the cotton, polyester,and man-made fabric.
2. Technical Flow:
Plaint Entry --- Infrared center guider ---- 2-Roller Padder -- Infrared center guider --- Photoelectric Weft Strangtener – Overfeeding -- Edge Spreader, Infrared Edge Sensor -- Pin or Clip or Combied Pin-Clip -- Stentering Drying Chambers – Air-Jet Cooling -- -- Swing Outlet.
3. Standard Features:
A- Overfeed Pinning Systems:
Proper pinning is the key to successful overfeed and yield control. Available options:
B- DRIVE The machine running with D.C. drive, main drive motor of padding mangle and Stenter are teps D.C. motors reduction gear box is coupled with the main motor of Stenter machine.
C- FINISHING Machine will be finished with red oxide putty & primmer paint and finally with 3 coats of industrial paint. Optionally finished with powder coating process.
D- CHAIN DESIGN
Special long term lubricated roller bearing chain ( required lubrication once a year or even later) with fully encapsulated ball bearing ,ensuring highest possible stretch , high operational speed with min. energy consumption available as pin chain, clip chain or combined pin & clip chain design.
Running at higher speed (150mpm).Higher fabric stretch is possible.Low maintenance.Oil cups totally eliminated.Free from oil spillage.No possibility of staining of the fabric.No dropping , hence neat operations and clean surroundings.
